.My life has been a challenging one right from my mothers womb because I was born twins but my twin sister died when we were just 3

Born in Nigeria into a very creative and artistically stimulating family. Growing up with my father Late Nze Ogadimma Opara who was a Technician and my mother Lolo Agatha Opara who is a Caterer, life was fun. My father was rich before he was dupped of almost all he had, but we were still comfortable.
 

As a kid; I loved entertaiment and took part in school plays. I was also a member of the literary and debating society in High School. When I was going off to college; I wanted to study Mass Communication but as it is in Africa, parents do not support show business, my parents wanted me to be a lawyer which I did not make. I made it to study Business Education and later graduated with an associate degree in Office Administration.

During my final year in College, I met my husband who lives in the U.S, we got married and had 2 kids. I waited a long time in Nigeria for my Green Card to join him in the U.S and at a point was frustrated. So I registered my children with a modeling Agency through wich I stumbbled into acting, but I am loving every bit of it now.

I finally got my Green Card and joined my husband in the US with my kids but my marriage crashed before my second year in the U.S.

Against all odds, God has been so good to me and my children. I have done  some movies here in the U.S, although it is not as it used to be back in Nigeria because of the competition in Hollywood, and also being an immigrant, it's not so easy to make it to the top over here. The casting directors will always give excuses that I am either too fat, too thin, too young or even too old. Some how, I landed a lead role in an Independent movie tittled "How Did I Get Here"  and Medical Film where I had to speak in a Jamican accent. Otherwise, I keep myself busy with Back Ground roles that come up ones in a while and does not pay much, but I look at it as paying my dues. So far, I had the opportunity to play back- ground roles in Projects like "August Rush, Life Is What You Get Out Of It, Addiction, The Taking of Pelham 123, Kings, Notorious BIG, Rebound, Law & Order Special Victims Unit, Life on Mars, Damages, cable vision commercials, Orio cookies, verizon, Un-orthodox, Crazy Like A Fox", Possible Side Effect, The Unusuals and some other ones I don't even know their titles yet. At the moment, am working on my own Movie project titled "Ordeal In Paradise" and my First song which is going to be a single. I am also preparing to go on set for my next movie titled "The Goose That LaysThe Golden Eggs" 

At the moment, my break-up experience has turned me into a song writer. I have written over 25 songs waiting to be produced while my first Hit Single titled "Somebody Help Me" is out now, on the radio and on Itunes and Amazon.
